High-Risk Infant Follow-Up (HRIF) Clinic - This clinic provides develop- mental follow-up for children from birth to age three, who are designated as high risk due to prematurity, low birth weight, or other developmental risk.
California Children’s Services - California Children’s Services (CCS) is a
state program for children with certain diseases or health problems. Children up
to 21 years old can get the health care and services they need.
